As part of the team behind Hospitality Mavens – a leading Queensland marketing and strategy agency for licensed clubs and pubs – we worked closely with venue managers and hospitality teams across Australia.

Every day, we saw the same frustrations:

Venues were investing heavily in technology, but the systems weren’t speaking to each other.

So we started building solutions to bridge the gaps.

What began as internal tools to improve the member experience, campaign reporting and operational efficiency, quickly evolved into innovative new products for the pubs and clubs.

Matt has spent more than 25 years in senior hospitality and marketing leadership roles across the club, pub and major events industries.

Adam began his hospitality career with Domino’s Pizza, where he developed a strong foundation in systems, process optimisation and operational efficiency.

Nicole began her career in marketing within licensed clubs before joining the Hospitality Mavens team.

Lead Developer

After completing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Aerospace Engineering, Ben swapped rockets for hospitality data – joining Hospitality Mavens to work across software development and marketing analytics.
